Henry – Mobility Manager – shares what has happened within Subsidium in the last 6 months.
We cannot ignore the fact that the last 6 months have been a testing time for every one, but you don’t need me to tell you what the effect on day to day life has been. Instead I can tell you what Subsidium has been doing over the last 6 months. Since the turn of the year we have seen growth in our customer base, and the continued successful integration into the team of both Lewis King, and Robert Schafer.
Lewis’s expertise in IT, and working with networks such as Vodafone, EE, and Gamma has increased the knowledge pool of the overall team, and added to the offering we provide here at Subsidium. Each day we have seen him go from strength to strength, learning more and more about Mobility, including the use of Zero Touch, Apple Business Manager and Samsung Knox, and across platforms including Soti MobiControl, Microsoft Intune, and IBM’s Maas360 to name but a few.
Robert joined us from Soti, and brought with him his MobiControl, and EMM platform expert knowledge. Robert has quickly picked up our processes, and incorporated his own knowledge set to improve ours across EMM platforms. With Robert on the team we’ve been able to improve our already excellent technical support, and fine tune customers EMM requirements and provide a wide range of additional Professional Services we couldn’t offer before.
As a wider company, we’ve seen substantial growth from the beginning of the year, and without let up too. The care sector continues to discover the importance and necessities of managing their mobile fleet, and the added security EMM brings, both to them as a customer, and their patients and families. Since the beginning of lockdown restrictions we’ve seen that more and more organisations are becoming aware of the need for taking control of their fleet of devices, and the importance of remote working capabilities.
All in all, the Mobility sector continues to grow, and Subsidium are staying ahead of the game with its unrivalled service. The Subsidium team is looking to grow again, so watch this space!
